Animal flow is a good addition to your fitness routine. Its increases you strength, Agility, Flexibility, Mobility, Cardio and a lot more. Yes, its a whole package!

This is an online workshop, happens over zoom platform. Below-mentioned are the time & dates for workshops, starting this Saturday. Each session will be 90min long.
